Dogs 4 Life specializes in home training programs. We offer professional instruction and personal guidance that take you through a step by step progression of your training levels. We lead by example and teach you usable techniques that work for your specific dog. Our home programs provide flexibility for your family's schedules and different levels of training to meet your training goals.

Dogs 4 Life will address behavior and obedience through structured, reinforced behavior training. This creates motivation and desire for the dog's performance without bribes for a cookie or harsh correction. Our programs are individualized based on the handler's skills, your dogs' personality, and your training goals.

Puppy Training: Puppies are wonderful and cute, yet they lack the general understanding of the household rules. We offer multiple puppy programs to assist your puppy in building their vocabulary while guiding you through puppy stages including: housebreaking, crate training, basic commands, chewing, nipping, and jumping.
We can help you to create a successful foundation for your puppy's training. Our program's assist in all puppy issues.
Level A-Foundation Building: We consider the dog's foundation to be the A.B.C. blocks upon which all commands rest. These include: the dogs name, come, sit, down, and stay. It is after the foundation is laid that we can continue to build upon these blocks and begin manner and distraction training. Dogs 4 Life understands that frustrated dogs develop problematic behaviors, and it is at this level of training that we can begin to eliminate these behaviors and replace them with a more desired result.
When you have a dog that fails to respond to a command, then you have failed to communicate. Let Dogs 4 Life teach you how to become more effective through our home training programs.
Level B-Distraction and Manner Training: Once we have laid the foundation and set our expectations through Level A training we can then progress to Manner Training which includes jumping on people or furniture or counter surfing. At this level of training we can also begin Distraction Training, which will include door greeting, leash walking, and introducing a new family member, human or canine. It is at this level that we can also address possession aggression, dog aggression and people aggression.

Level C -Emotional & Physical Imbalances: Christine is a graduate of Tall Grass Institute and has earned her Practitioners Certification in Small animal Acupressure. She furthered her studies and became certified in Canine Massage, and Aroma Therapies. Christine assists in both physical comfort and emotional stabilization of dogs who have experienced trauma, including abuse, neglect and genetic disposition. These dogs suffer from anxiety, stress and fear and are not considered training issues. Acupressure, massage and other holistic remedies can help bring the dog back into a healthy state of balance and improve their overall well-being. Christine's' goal is to build trust and respect and also give structure that allows the best opportunity for a fulfilling life of your pet.
Kamp Kennelton Board and Training for Dogs
